Having around 18 years of accomplished career with MNC like Pepsi, Unilever & Motorola responsible for leadership, corporate governance and management of business with P&L responsibility. Proven track record in delivering growth, profitability and savings through expertise.  A seasoned professional specialized in generating shareholders’ value through turnaround, reengineering, restructuring, M&A and integration of acquired business. Development of international business, joint ventures & franchises. Leading the companies for IPO and listing them on stock exchange. Hands-on expertise in setup & management of Shared financial services (FSS), FAO, KPO, BPO & Call Center, ERP - SAP & Oracle R12 implementation. Exceptional people management skill; having directly managed the big teams at multiple world locations. Multicultural and Multilingual.
